Who we are

EduVverse is a campus ERP for universities and colleges, operated by [legal entity name — to be supplied], [registered address — to be supplied]. This notice explains how we handle personal data that you share with us through eduvverse.com, the guided product tour at demo.eduvverse.com, the Ask EduVverse assistant, our walkthrough booking page and our emails.

What this notice does not cover

When a college uses EduVverse to run its campus, the student, parent and employee records in that system belong to the college. The college decides how those records are used, and its own privacy policy applies. EduVverse only processes them on the college's instructions.

What we collect

• Details you choose to give us on this website, the product tour or the assistant: your name, role, institution, email address and phone number.
• What you say to the Ask EduVverse assistant, kept as a written transcript. If you speak to it, your voice is turned into text; we do not keep the audio.
• The time you pick when you book a walkthrough on our calendar.
• Your replies to our emails, including requests to stop receiving them.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange the walkthrough you ask for.
• To follow up about EduVverse with your institution.
• To improve the assistant's answers.

Your consent

The assistant asks for your agreement before the conversation starts. You can stop at any time, and you can withdraw your consent later by writing to us; we will then delete your details. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the purposes above.

Who processes it for us

• ElevenLabs runs the Ask EduVverse assistant (speech, text and transcripts).
• Google provides our email and the walkthrough booking calendar.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and the product tour.

How long we keep it

• Assistant transcripts are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Contact details and emails are kept while we are in conversation with your institution, and deleted after [retention period — to be supplied] of no contact.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to inquiry@eduvverse.com. Our Grievance Officer is [name and contact — to be supplied]. To stop our emails, reply with "unsubscribe" to any of them.
